Praised the delicate, 'melodic' tonkotsu broth typical of a pork-broth specialist, its harmony with the ultra-thin noodles, and the gyoza, which were as reliably delicious as frozen ones.
Heads up: The noodles are very thin and go soft quickly, so it's recommended to order the firmest noodle option (barikata); also suggested going for the black broth or special over the basic tonkotsu — noted that with gyoza added, it comes to about €25 per person, pricier than expected.

The broth is light rather than oily yet deeply flavorful, the very thin noodles soak it up beautifully so every ingredient shines, and the chashu — so tender it falls apart with chopsticks — was praised as 'unlike anything seen before.' The soy-marinated egg was also a hit.
Heads up: Had to wait in line for about 25 minutes, then another 10 minutes just to get the order taken; the narrow, long dining room had a broken ventilation fan so the door was left open, making it cold — the atmosphere is on the shabby side.
