Les Frenchies
Guests raved about this oasis-like garden that's silent despite being in the heart of the city, the mirrored elevator, red velvet blackout curtains, mosaic-tiled bathtub alongside two side-by-side double shower stalls, and pillow-top yet firm beds — all delivering the luxurious feel of an 'old-money mansion' that made them want to return.
Heads up: At €770 a night in high season, or around €1,100 with dinner and breakfast included, it's not a place to stay every day, check-in felt awkward (staff only responded in French), and the room has no USB or USB-C ports and only a single power outlet.
